?Costing and Pricing: Work with various stakeholders to develop and/or update long-term forward cost and forward pricing models for all products. Update and maintain worldwide price lists across all

product SKUs. Conduct financial analysis and develop appropriate templates and tools to enable the rapid extraction

of key insights required to drive stronger financial performance at the product and company level.

?Business Cases: Own the creation and updates of financial business plans/business cases for products - including market models, revenues, operating expenses and COGS. Ensure that P&L information is always available in

timely fashion for phase-gate reviews, as well as monthly or quarterly operations/financial reviews.

?Market & Competitive Analysis: Perform regular market research and analysis of competitive products – based on

on product cost and pricing across product lines.

?Forecasting: Determine the size of ADAS, AV and other markets for LiDAR products and develop/maintain forecasts

of short- and long-term views of the total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable addressable market (SAM). Do monthly deep-dives on customer demand with Sales to update unit and revenue forecasts to create a highly accurate rolling 4Q

view of total revenue and ASPs.

市场预测:预测ADAS、自动驾驶及其他市场对激光雷达产品的需求量,建立并维护对潜在市场规模(TAM)及可服务市场规模(SAM)的短期和长期预测。与销售团队协作,每月深度挖掘客户需求,更新未来四季度销售量及销售额的滚动预测

?Business Processes: Represent product management in all continuous improvement teams and work closely with

other organizations to develop efficient processes and methods to plan, build and ship products.

?Collaboration: Develop strong partnerships and credibility with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain,

任职要求:

?5+ years of experience in market / pricing analytics for hardware products – encompassing cost, pricing,

business plans, market and competitive research and forecasting

?Background in hardware/systems-based products and how to deconstruct and analyze product BOMs and costs

?Strong spreadsheet (XL) and database skills – and the ability to develop tools/scripts to extract the right insights;
