要求（Requirements）：

1. College Degree above

大专以上学历，专业不限，男女不限，年龄不限

  

1. Willing to work in headhunting, PRO , post outsourcing, project outsourcing, campus recruitment Internet recruitment，labor dispatch and talents sharing.

   愿意从事猎头服务、招聘外包（RPO）、岗位外包、项目外包、校园招聘、网络招聘、劳务外包及共享人力资源

2. Those with some working experience and with strong networking in some industries are preferred.

   有某行业的工作经验及广泛人脉者优先考虑

3. Persuasiveness, and self-confidence, enthusiasm, patience, persistence and independence

1. Strong commercial sense;

工作职责（Responsibility）：

  

1. Recommend candidates and companies and owners register in www.funder2001.com.

   介绍求职者，企业及私人雇主入职方尔达职场家园：www.funder2001.com

2. Business development and search potential clients who will use our service;

   开拓客户。

3. Be responsible for finding a client and signing a contract with a client;

   负责与客户签合同。

4. communicate with a client and understand clients’ requirement clearly;

   了解客户需要。

5. Search suitable candidates according to the job descriptions of our clients;

   根据客户描述寻找合适的候选人。

6. Thorough screening and evaluation of CV’s.

                      

筛选简历。

  

1. Interview candidates to see if they can meet the requirements of our clients;

  

面试候选人。

  

1. Coordinate with clients to arrange candidates for the interview;

  

与客户协调，安排候选人面试。

  

1. Follow up with candidates during the candidates’ probation period and keep them warm;

   候选人入职后跟进服务。

2. To understand clients’ projects requirement;

      

了解客户的项目需求

  

1. To assist our experts to implement the projects

   协助行业专家完成项目

2. Keep good relationship with clients.
