主要职责：
主要职责：
1.负责来料及成品检验，并按要求准确及时填写检验报告并做好交接记录；
2.能及时处理不合格品及可疑品，异常情况及时上报和反馈；
3.现场质量记录的监督，生产现场质量记录的监督及整理，保证现场质量记录的有效性及可行性；
4.对现场操作员工的质量培训及日常质量监督管理；
5.按要求使用管理检验工具并对实验设施进行日常维护保养，协助工程师完成相关实验工作；
6.工作现场的5S及其他有关质量事项。
任职要求：
1.机械类相关大专学历，专业优秀者可适当放宽要求；
2.会基本的办公软件操作；
3.一年以上相关品质工作经验；
4.可适应倒班。

TI Automotive North China, including Changchun, Tianjin, Shenyang, Beijing and Yancheng plants, supply series productions for auto makers in North of China.
TI Automotive Changchun plant established in 2000, It locates at Changchun ETDZ, with acreage 30,000㎡ and 869 employees. As the sole supplier, it supplies brake and fuel lines for all platforms of FAW-VW, SVW and BMW-Brilliance Auto. TI Changchun plant also supplies powertrain product for FAW-VW, SVW, FTCE, TFTE, Continental Changchun and MagnetiMarelli Shanghai. The Powertrain lines have been exported to VW Germany, VW Slovakia, Audi Hungary, Nissan Japan and Toyota Australia.
In order to expand TI Products range in Changchun, TI Changchun plant developed high pressure GDI fuel rail, GDI fuel line in 2011, and began to supply to Continental Changchun, Dalian Volkswagen Engine, Magniti Marelli GA high pressure GDI fuel rail and EA888 GEN3 BZ high-pressure GDI fuel line will be in series production in 2016. At present we are developing GDI products for UAES, Audi and other customers.
We have obtained TS 16949 system certification and insist on continuous improvement of quality control. We always care employees’ safety and health, and have obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 systems certification. TI Changchun won many awards during the past 15 years. We are the A class excellent supplier of FAW-VW, BMW Brilliance, Beijing Benz, Brilliance Auto, Great Wall and FAW-Toyota Consortium. And we were evaluated as excellent enterprise for many times by Changchun Government.
