职位描述：
1. Determine the production process for new projects according to drawing requirements; ensure the new project launch successfully.
根据新项目的图纸要求,确定产品过程,确保项目顺利投产；
2. Responsible for the quality, dealing with the early development stage and quantity prenatal customer complain, meet the project's time, quality, delivery and requirements.
引导团队工作，处理早期开发阶段和量产前的客户抱怨，满足项目的时间、质量、交付等要求；
3. Generate and work flow chart and all the other technical documents.
制定工作流程,以及技术文件；
4. Control the phase of the sample produce, delivery and its status.
掌控各阶段样件试制，发运和状态跟踪；
5. Plan and implement of PIP/BOS-LE.
计划和完成PIP/BOS-LE;
6. Realize of targets in terms of quality, quantity and costs.
实现质量、数量、成本目标；
7. Establish and maintain customer contacts.
 建立和维护客户关系；
8. Organise of maintenance for the equipment with regard to cost optimization, efficiency and targets.
就优化成本提高效率为基本，组织设备维护；
9. Control and surveillance of responsible areas with regard to SHE aspects.
控制负责区域的SHE职责；
10. Professional and disciplinary instruction and guidance of the subordinate employees.
对下属进行专业和纪律指引和辅导；
11. Cooperat with the implementation of investments and their planning.
协助投资和计划的完成；
12. Establish reporting system relevant to targets given by the Operations Director/GM
建立运营总监或GM下达任务的目标完汇报机制；
13. Support all other personnel management.
协助所有其他人事管理
14. Other assignments given by the management.

任职要求：
1. College degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical, Electrical Automation or relevant field.
大学及以上学历,工程,机械或电气自动化专业;
2. Above 10 years work experience of production manufacture engineering and maintenance, including 3 years as supervisor management.5 years as the project management.
10年以上制造业工程产品制造经历, 包含3年以上主管管理经验，5年项目管理工作经验;
3. Good analytical skills to insure.
较好的分析能力;
4. Knowing well to APQP, PPAP, and Engineering SPC.
对APQP,PPAP,SPC较好的理解;
5. Good communication skills, good English speaking and writing.
