职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 在教育培训中心有过培训经验或行政管理经验。
2. 了解公司内部培训需求，协助拟定培训计划，制定培训中需要的各项表格。
3. 与相关部门联络，进行培训各项事宜的安排落实，保证培训工作顺利进行。
职位要求：
1. 本科学历或以上（早期教育相关专业、艺术类专业、音乐类专业优先）。
2. 了解0-6岁婴幼儿心理，生理特点。
3. 有激情，热爱和孩子一起的工作，并且愿意为孩子的成长付出时间和精力。
4. 身体健康、乐观向上、能够承受相应的工作压力。
5. 优秀的人际沟通能力和领导力，具有团队合作精神。
6. 具有强烈的自我推动力和目标感。
 
Responsibilities:
Experienced in training or administration in education training centers
Understand the internal training request, assist to develope training plans and all kinds of forms needed
coordinate associate departments, conform all details about trainings, make sure trainings go well
Arrange affairs in the training base, supervision the staff and storage
Qualifications:
university bachelor degree or above( major in early education related, art, music preferred)
Understanding of the psychological and physiological characteristics of 0-6 year-old kids
Passionate and love being with kids,willing to devote time and efforts for kids' growing
excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET6/TEM4 or above
healthy,optimistic,Able to handle the stress from work
great communication and leading skills, good team player
