职位描述：
1. 根据客户生产计划，制定生产原材料和辅助材料的要货计划，提供相关信息给相关部门，将库存控制在合理范围内
Making the raw material and subsidiary material delivery plan according to the customer production plan and provide related information to related department, control the inventory at a reasonable level.
2. 制定维护并释放日要货计划给供应商，监控供应商交付。
Make, maintain and release the daily material plan to the supplier and monitor the supplier delivery performance.
3. 及时将客户的各种生产信息传递给供应商.
Inform the suppliers in time about the customer production information.
4. 跟踪客户实际生产情况，监控原材料及辅助材料库存情况。
Tracing the customer actual production status and monitoring the raw material and subsidiary material inventory.
5. 对于二次配套供应商存在交付问题并有停产风险，及时将信息汇报给物流主管或者部门经理和厂长，并及时提交供应商供货问题通报单给一汽-大众相关部门，并跟踪后续状态。
If the second tier supplier has delivery problem and has the risk of stopping line, report the risk to logistics team-leader or department manager and plant manager and in timely sent the emergency notice to FAW-VW related department and trace the further status.
6. 定期进行实际产出与计划对比分析
Regularly analyze and compare the actual output with the plan.
7. 核对供应商送货单据和SAP入库数量
Check the delivery quantity of the paper delivery note with the bookings in SAP.
8. 供应商交付数量有问题时及时调整订货数量和送货时间，确保生产
Adjust the delivery quantity and time if the supplier has delivery problems to guarantee the production.
9. 管理及维护SAP相关数据，时时跟踪材料库存及在途信息，协调与供应商及主机厂的相关联系工作。
To monitor and maintain the related information in SAP, to monitor the material in plant and in transit. Coordinate and connect with customer and supplier. 举报 分享
