职位描述：
Responsible for:
Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations, and maximize profit return to Merit
Continuously improve production capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
Meet sales goals
Meet budget, Profit & Loss commitments and maintain accurate forecast of results and future activities
Bring the plant to Merit production standards using Barcelona as a reference.

Requirements

1)Proven work experience as a plant manager
2)Proven managerial experience
3)Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
4)Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
5)Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, i***entory and stewardship processes
