职位描述：
Purpose:
Plan, manage and coordinate all engineering activities related to new and present products, supervising the design, development, improvement and savings.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

To manage all changes that can affect times, methods, tooling, equipment and installations of production. Follow up and implementation of investments to improve the productive process (request of rationalizations). To optimize lay-outs of the factory by product/production lines.

To manage the new products industrialization: process definition, moulds and tooling, automation assembly lines (coordination between Plant and suppliers), automation test and overmoulding cells.

To manage the moulds and tooling projects and construction (coordination between supplier).

To manage the saving plant and Continuous Improvement Programs: help the Product Line Managers in the saving plant identification and support them to achieve the saving plant, savings plant reporting to the group.

To analyse our standard times and improve them where major deviations are detected or needed. To manage structure product in the informatics system (BPCs).To manage the process FMEA·
Ensure plant operates in respect of environment, safety and security requirements and policies, and that business is conducted in conformity with standards and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
