职位描述：
？ Responsible for preparing annual product audit plan and lead audit, set up group with PM,TE,PU about problem in audit, and follow up corrective action;
负责参与编制年度产品审核计划并按计划完成产品审核，对审核中发现的问题汇同制造部、技术部及采购部成立小组，同时跟踪整改措施的实施。
？ Responsible for investigating quality problem at customer site and following up action, and define the 8D report and follow up the effectiveness and keep the record;
负责顾客现场质量问题的调查和处理及措施的跟踪, 向顾客提交8D整改报告，跟踪验证，并保存记录；
？ Handling Customer warranty issues, e.g. customer voice obtain, customer satisfaction and leading root cause analysis;
处理客户索赔事宜，例如客户抱怨收集，客户满意处理和主导客户问题的根本原因分析；
？ Create Customer Quality Continuous improvement plan（Quarterly） and work out action plan with QI team then monitor implementation;
制定季度客户质量提高计划，与质量提高团队制定行动措施并监控执行状态。
？ Complete APQP and PPAP as a CUSTOMER new project member;
做为CUSTOMER 新项目成员完成APQP及PPAP工作；
？ Warranty cost confirmation with Fin dept and invoice obtain;
与财务部门对索赔金额进行确认，获得发票；
？ Be responsible to pass, update and feedback the related database and other task;.
 负责按上级要求及时传达、更新、反馈职责范围内的相关信息;做好领导交办的其它工作;
 Background教育
？ BS 学历：本科以上学历
？ Good reading and oral skill in English 外语：良好的英语听、说读写能力
？ Be familiar with Windows计算机：熟练运用WINDOWS办公软件
