§ Ensures servicesprovided by the Department are always available and are always carried out todefined Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy asdetailed in the Department Operations Manual.

§ Attends andcontributes to all Meetings as required.

§ Ensures allemployees provide courteous and professional service at all times.

§ Handles guest andemployee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for aprompt follow up.

§ Is knowledgeable instatutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding andstrictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the EmployeeHandbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health &safety.
了解在法律上员工和行业之间的关系，熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
§ Is actively involvedin the welfare, safety, development and well-being of employees providingadvice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

§ Ensures highstandards of personal presentation & grooming.
确保所有员工都有高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
§ Maintains positiveguest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§ Arranges and ensuresemployees attend all core training and relevant skills training.

§ Ensures being awareof up-dated local environment, e.g. restaurants in the city and location ofshopping centre

§ Assists insafeguarding property security of hotel and guests
协助维护酒店和客人财产的安全。
§ Is aware of hotelactivities, restaurant services, restaurants, emergency telephone number andrelevant facilities.
要了解酒店的活动，餐饮服务，餐厅，紧急电话号码以及相应设施。
§ Responds to requeststo undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes asdictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
