职位描述：
Analysis, definition and specification of the mechanical requirements of electro-optical products such as displays, instrument clusters, etc.
Feasibility studies of customer and internal requirements
Creation of customer drawings based on the feasibility studies and customer requirements
Design of the product components
Creation of the component drawings with modern CAD systems
Selection of the materials and part components to be used
Carry out and documentation of the design FMEA and participation in the system FMEA
Analysis of tolerances and deployment of PDfSS.
Planning of tests and support of the execution of the respective tests (prototype test, design validation, product validation, initial sample test)
Support of the component suppliers during e. g. the dimensioning of tools for the processing of plastic materials
Creation and revision of production documentation (e. g. BOM, production instructions)
Initiation and participation in the buildup of samples / prototypes
Participation in the interdisciplinary project team (SDT), cooperation with interfacing departments (Purchasing, AQE, AME, etc)
Creation and maintenance of all deliverables required by the PLUS process
