职位描述：
1. Knowledge on facility management
2. Extensive background in plant systems including power supplier system, cooling water system, air pressure system and so on.
3. Problem analysis and solving.
4. Budget planning and controlling
5. Project management

1. Setup new facility and cooperate with logistic and production department to get the detail requirement for the production plant and awning.

2. Developing the detail requirement of the new facility

3. Developing the planning and budget of the new facility

4. Managing and monitoring the outside contractor for the construction of new facility

5. Ensuring that contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards

6. Sales planning for the new production plant

7. Define which product technology should be installed; calculate machine requirements; Evaluate personnel requirements, incl. management; Calculate space requirements; Which capital is necessary.

8. 3 year business plan for the new facility; Organize Finance and Accounting for the new facility; Calculate manufacturing costs for the new facility; Specify building; Define building infrastructure
