Buyer – Stoneware/陶瓷(全球第一大顶级奢侈厨房锅具用品公司，产品包括：不锈钢，五金，陶瓷，硅胶，纺织等产品， 直接向亚太区总裁美国人汇报工作，全球采购中心已经在中国发展快10年，工作地点：东莞)

Major responsibilities：
? Search and evaluate potential suppliers
? Be in charge of inquiring quotation, bargaining, signing contract and tracking supplier performance etc.
? Establish and consummate supplier file
? Negotiate with supplier for getting better price and service
? Seek optimum combination between on time delivery and inventory reduction
? Implement cost reduction projects based on suppliers, quality and technology
? Develop stable, competitive and reliable local supply net
? Monitor purchasing cost trend to implement reasonable cost control method
? Develop new suppliers based on marketing demand, mainly focus on improving product, supplier assessment and management
? Good of the teamwork
? Familiar with the operation of the office software

Requirements
? Over 3 Years purchasing experience with exp in Process Engineer Degree or material
? Familiar with Stoneware
? Strong Negotiation and analytical Skill
? Understands Control Plans, FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) and Requirements from QA
? Capacity Planning with Supplier
? Project Management
