Job Description：

• Provide high quality customer service for managing transportation solutions to match client’s requirement;
• 提供高品质的运输解决方案及顾客服务以满足顾客需求；
• Manage shipment routing and shipping options by mode & transit with carrier coordination & monitoring;
• 通过协调和管理货运来有效地管理运输路线和方案；
• Shipment confirmation: ensure all deliveries take place within the transit requirements;
• 确保所有的运输达到承运标准；
• Manage shipment discrepancies, include root cause analysis;
• 控制运输差异并进行原因分析及改善；
• Adherence & maintenance of client standard operating procedures;
• 严格执行客户操作标准；
• Ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevant KN products and services is up to date at all times;
• 确保专业知识及服务标准持续提升；

Job Requirement:

任职资格：

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
• Good team player, Initiative and energetic;
• 良好的团队合作意识，工作积极主动；
• Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude;
• 工作态度端正，责任心强，能够自我激励；
• PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail;
• 常用办公软件操作基础；
• Good knowledge in international logistics is preferred;
• 有物流行业经验优先考虑；
