职位描述：
1.负责控制计划的编制，产成品检验指导书的编制；
Responsible for edit control plan, Responsible for edit inspection instruction of finished product;
2.负责顾客反馈和自己发现质量问题的统计和分析及月度顾客PPM的统计；
Responsible for making statistic and analysis of quality problem for customers’ feedback and self-find, and making monthly PPM for customer；;
3.负责组织顾客反馈质量问题的分析及并及时给顾客反馈处理意见和报告；
Responsible for organizing analysis of customer feedback quality problem and feedback handling suggestions and report to customer on time;
4.参与PFMEA Go and See /新生产线AS403 并协调PE制作样件.；
Participating in PFMEA Go and See/Make AS 403 for new production line/ sample building cooperate with PE;
5.负责编制年度产品审核/生产线防错设备审核计划并实施；
Responsible for making annual Product Audition / production line profiling device Audition Plan and implementation;
6.参与产品质量问题及生产线异常小组分析/；
Participating in the activity of quality issue and production line abnormal analysis team ；
7跟踪执行其它公司的Cat A Yokoten措施/协调本部门与其他部门的业务关系；
Follow up Cat A Yokoten actions form other plant /Harmonize quality department with other department relation;
8.协助项目质量工程师PPAP认可文件的收集、整理和提交，并得到顾客的认可报告及存档；
Help project quality Engineer/ Supervisor collecting and clean up and provide PPAP files to customers, and get approval report; and keep in the archives
9.完成上级交给的临时工作；
Finish temporary work assigned by above supervisor.
10参与APS工作；
Involve in the APS job. ；

要求 Requirements
1.有三年制造行业工作经验；Have 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry;
2.有两年的汽车行业质量工程师工作经验； Have two years quality engineer work experience in automotive industry;
3.有过程审核和体系审核经验；Have work experience of process & system audit;
4.熟悉以下标准，如：ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949,VDA6.5并取得相关证书；Master the following standard, such as ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949, VDA6.5,get the relative certification;
6.熟悉汽车行业特殊要求，如：FMEA,MSA,PPAP,APQP,SPC；Master special requirements of automotive industry, such as FMEA,MSA,PPAP,APQP,SPC;
7.熟悉顾客特殊要求，如Formel Q；Master customers’ special requirements, such as Formel Q;
8.熟悉质量工具，8D分析方法；Master quality tool, 8Danalysis method;
9.具有很强的团队合作、协调和沟通能力,有效管理和领导相关人员解决各种质量问题的能力； Have strong ability of team work and cooperation and communication, manage effectively and lead relevant personnel to solve all kinds of quality issues； 举报 分享
