职位描述：
- Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products:
？ Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;
？ Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;
？ Initiate VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic protocols;
？ Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging;
？ Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols;
？ Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows;
？ Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
？ Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process
？ Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…);
？ Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;
？ Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP);
？ Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;

- Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO):
？ Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams;
？ Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.

- Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors:
？ Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage;
？ Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI…);
？ Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);
？ Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000, OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

- Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out:
？ Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs;
？ Validate close orders quantity and supply process;
？ Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);
？ Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.
