职位描述：
Responsibilities：
？ Bank payment
1. Ensure employee expense reimbursement process fully operational
2. Manage bank account accurately and keep liaison with banks to follow up the latest regulations
3. Upload or manual process payment in e-banking or check, make sure payment process is complete and successful
4. Perform payments clearing in accordance with payment term and company procedure
5. Properly process foreign currency transaction in accordance with local SAFE regulations
6. Cooperate with other functions to provide sufficient bank documents including bank statements, payment receipt and advice
7. Bank reconciliation
8. Foreign currency payment prepare and process
9. Monitor cash balance and prepare cash forecast
？ Account payable
1. Perform 3-way-match for PO-based invoice
2. Verify invoice supporting documents contain sufficient coding and approval information， follow up to resolve problem invoices
3. Responsible for account analysis of specific account
4. Maintain supplier master data
？ Account Receivable
1. Issue invoice to customer
2. Process outgoing invoices in SAP system
3. Customer regular reconciliation
4. Product weekly overdue report
5. Maintain customer master data
？ General ledger
1. Prepare every month accrual, reserve, amortization of prepaid expense and other general entries
2. Responsible for GL account book keeping and ensure the process be in an effective and efficient manner
3. Prepare monthly PRC report for local tax bureau
4. Complete tax declaration accurately and timely, include but not limited VAT, income tax, business tax, surtax tax, and export VAT refund
5. Process investment invoices in SAP system, perform monthly depreciation, disposal etc., and arrange yearly physical count on fixed assets

Requirement:
1. College graduated, accounting major
2. 4 years working experience, manufacture experience is preferred
3. Statutory accounting certificate
4. ERP System experience，SAP is preferred
5. Familiar with MS software, e.g. Excel, Pivot table
6. Read ,written and oral English skill
