Key performance area:

JOB PURPOSE
Business Analyst is to support business control team on various initiatives and reports so that the department can provide efficient and effective business partnering to all Business Lines of SA China.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
?Responsible for monthly closing and review all the financial metrics;
?Validate the financial result at each month end and work closely with accounting team to ensure data accuracy and timely;
?Business Analyst for order intake, invoicing and gross profit, variance analysis to support business improvement
?Work closely with AR team for customer credit management;
?Follow up AR dunning process and overdue collection to improve AR status;
?Work with order desk team to validate the order backlog regularly and ensure the OB is up to date;
?Prepare rolling forecast and latest estimation, especially on topline movement and sales opportunity status;
?Support selected business lines in analyzing the financial KPIs and provided needed financial insight in collaborating with SA and BA management;
?Support tender process and recommend selling price;
?Support local organization in achieving NWC targets;
?Attend local external and internal audit;
?Support on implementation of group financial reporting policies and procedures on BU level;
?Support in driving Internal Controls and ensure they are well embedded in in our processes and way or working. Ensure the quarterly IC self-assessment is well performed and follow up with responsible person on remediation closure if any.

Your profile:
?Bachelor in Accounting or Finance.
?5+ years relevant working experience.
?Good communication and interpersonal skills.
?Proficiency in English
?Open and keen to learn
?Solid and be careful on detail.
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
