资格及经验要求说明：
1、三年以上相关别墅、综合体等物业管理工作经验；
2、具有良好的沟通、协调、文字组织及业务拓展能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
3、能独立，有效展开日常部门管理工作，监管及培训属下员工，有紧急事件的善后处理经验。

工作主要职责说明：(请从最主要职责开始列起)
1. 全面负责处理各分管项目的一切重大问题；
2. 按时整理汇总各部门的工作报告，及时上报；
3. 每月定时收取各租户/业主的管理费的明细账单及缴纳进度提交公司；
4. 督导各部门的工作情况，并安排、分配相关人员的工作；
5. 负责本项目物业管理的实际工作，对管理处工作进行定期督导与稽核；
6. 了解并掌握年度财政预算和合理控制各项费用支出；
7.负责项目内各种会议的召开及主持，催办和检查会议决议的实施情况；
8. 定期开展对管理处各部门主管的教育培训工作；
9. 保持与政府部门、街道办事处及开发商的良好沟通，处理好各方关系；
10.完成上级交办的其他各种事项。
