Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

1：Strategic purchasing of production materials, drawing parts, trading goods and services； 负责战略采购，包括生产物料，外协/外包件，外购件及服务；

2：Supplier evaluation and selection in respect of cost, quality and delivery capacity；从成本，质量和交付能力等方面，评估并甄选供应商；

3：Price and contract negotiations based on the company targets and standards；依据公司目标和标准，就价格和合同与供应商谈判；

4：Responsible for the collection, analysis and optimization of the purchase related data；负责与采购相关的数据汇总、分析和优化；

5：Continuous optimization of the purchasing processes in close cooperation with the departments involved；与相关部门合作，持续改进采购流程；

Required qualifications：
1：Bachelor degree or above，manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred；本科及以上学历，理工类优先考虑；

2：Above 3 years’ purchasing work experience in metal machining，including machining equipment,floral disc, flange,valve , meter, clamping equipment, metal material；机械制造行业3年以上采购工作经验，熟悉机加工设备，花盘，法兰，封头、阀门、仪表，金属材料等采购工作；

3：Familiar with purchasing procedure, and the evaluation systems of the supplier and the quality standard；熟悉采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核及相关质量标准体系；

4：Excellent negotiation skill, communication skill and occupational ethics；良好的谈判、人际沟通能力和职业操守；

5：Excellent English written or oral，ideally also German.英语熟练.
