_Performs work in support of Retail Brand Presentation plans; integrates company mission into projects; leads or participates in key initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility
_Ensures actions protect company image and limit risks
_Actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by policies
Leadership:
_Adapts and adopts global and geo plans and priorities to address local retail, service and operational challenges while maintaining highest level of execution and standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
_Typically requires a 4-year college degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
_Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yrs; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
_Support the development, approval and implementation of Retail Brand Presentation category programs for Greater China
_Expertise and knowledge of Territories within a Geo (through market visits of Territories within Geo)
_Adopt, enrich and execute global category retail brand strategies and presentations, that connect and inspire the consumer at retail
_Develop and implement retail brand presentation programs for a specific category in the marketplace across product, service, branded services, environment, product presentation and communication
_Maintain regular communication with Territory teams to validate seasonal plans and trouble-shoot problems
_Update processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely program/project information is available for key stakeholders
_Manage, track, and assess budget/costs of program with key stakeholders
_plan overall strategic retail direction for category, season and program, translate the consumer experience within specific retail partners
_Develop best in class tools and guidelines to enable Territory teams to successfully execute seasonal category programs within their market.
_Partner with Territory teams to ensure seamless execution of seasonal category initiatives
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Specific Work: Retail marketing / retail background; Experience with managing retail programs; Project management; budget tracking; Visual merchandising and display background; Experience managing retailer and vendor relationships
