职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
? Participate in all aspects of business applications, development, deployment, and support, both technically and functionally.
? Develop creative solutions to challenging business problems by implementing software interfaces, data conversions, and customizations.
? Lead teams by collaborating with business owners on new functionality requests and production support.
? Manage all aspects of projects including functional requirement and technical specification development, task breakdown and timelines, project implementation, and training and support.
? Interface with business analysts and business owners on new functionality requests and production support issues
? Develops functional requirements and develops technical specifications to support them
? Provides task breakdown and timelines in order to meet established delivery dates

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
? Minimum of 5 years' experience in a developer / business analyst role
? Strong base in IT fundamentals, including: full life-cycle of an IT project – project initiation / planning, business requirements definition, functional / technical design, development, test plans, documentation, implementation.
? In-depth knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, relational database design and concepts.
? Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and problem solving skills
? Minimum five years hands on experience with structured programming is required.
? Strong analytical skills with ability to investigate problems and to develop/execute appropriate action plans
