PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Partner Services Delivery (PSD) organization is part of SAP’s Ecosystem & Channels organization.
PSD provides its personalized services to the volume of SAP partners worldwide, such as Services Partners, Channel Resellers and Technology partners.
For our regional team of the Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) region in Chengdu (China), we are seeking a Partner Services Advisor (“PSA”), who is remotely providing various services & support to our SAP Partners across the APJ region.
In that role, the Partner Services Advisor is assigned to a number of SAP partners and acts as remote partner manager to support the partner management lifecycle and increase the partner’s productivity for mutual business success.
The Partner Services Advisor closely collaborates with partner managers and other sales & consulting teams in SAP, ensuring the partners are actively involved in strategic initiatives and receive the required support to improve their business operations and performance.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Act as remote partner manager to increase the partner’s business capabilities and productivity
• Accelerate partner sales & pre-sales readiness and adoption of SAP’s latest solutions and products
• Coordinate various enablement activities (remote and onsite)
• Manage the partner program and actively monitor and drive performance criteria’s
• Work in close collaboration with the partner managers in the field and support operational tasks and programs
• Collaborate closely with other SAP business units on selected key initiatives and strategic acceleration programs
• Contribute to the overall partner experience and thus improve the partner satisfaction
• Providing first-line telephone and email interactive support for partners
• Communicating timelines on upcoming training activities
• Navigating and connecting with SAP support services
• Communicating upcoming partner information and events
• Coordinating with internal SAP resources, including SAP Support, order entry, legal, and finance.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Business/IT Degree or equivalent
• Experience in SAP Business-One or similar small-enterprise applications is a strong advantage
• Professional and courteous telephone and email manners
• Highly effective presentation skills
• Familiarity with internal business processes in a software company
• Ability to navigate and communicate effectively with diverse, remote groups in a large software company
• Ability to multi-task on multiple internal and external projects
• Experience dealing with customer service & support is a plus
• Fluency in inter-office computer technologies a must
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese a must

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT/Software industry
• Strong relationship and coaching skills
