职位描述：
1、BU partnership
* Be the business partner for one of the 4 BU in SSM, help to coordinate problems regarding project planning/controlling, cost center planning/budgeting, or anything relating to finance/controlling issue
* Responsible for the monthly review of BU’s performance , including finance KPIs and risk management
* Help to improve the internal process of the BU
2、Internal reporting & analysis
* Be responsible for the internal monthly reporting package of the BU
* Ad hoc report & analysis
* Perform frequent margin analyses on products or product lines
3. Annual budget & running forecast
* Be involved in the year budget/ running forecast for a selected BU, collecting information input from the relevant personnel within the BU, consolidating the information and help management to understand and make decision on the final budget/forecast for the BU
4. Month-end Closing
* Be involved in the month end CO closing, be able to finish the tasks assign within time limit
5. Project Controlling
* Be the business partner for any kind of project controlling related questions
* Responsible for the overall planning quality in SAP
* Define concepts/strategies for the whole company’s project controlling and management system
* Make sure the calculations for production orders is correct (minimize variances)
* Define and review cost structures for projects and quotations
* Check quotation calculations
6. Risk management
* Prepare risk checklists (ROC) and monthly project reporting to group standards
* Identify risks in quotation period and propose mitigation measures
