KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

- To implement company policy into the sales activities such as: customers’ management; distributors’ management; industrial partied relationship fasten, competition study…
- Secure and grow the business with existing customers, make sure current business runs smoothly
- Create new businesses and new customers
- Find out the opportunity of markets/ applications development for VINNAPAS Re-dispersible Powders in East China
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
- Manage, support and couch the distributor
- Prepare and implement the market activities according to plan
- Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting
- Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for our customers
- Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with the local business team


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- Bachelor degree of science or above, preferably Chemistry or related studies
- More than 3 years work experience, preferably in sales. Technical service, or marketing are considerable. Preferable to the experience in related industry of construction or construction chemicals
- Experience in working with and do lobbying towards government institutions related to the construction industry.
- Experience in Beijing (Beijing origin, studies in Beijing or work experience in Beijing preferred)
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- English, spoken and written
- Remarkable communication skills
- Team spirit
- Target oriented and persistent
- Be initiatives and self motivated
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be logical and with good sense of judgment
