1. Legal research;
2. Evidence collection and market survey;
3. Trademark gazette review;
4. Writing articles for the newsletters;
5. Liaising with clients;
6. Reviewing and analyzing infringement cases;
7. Giving assistance on the litigation cases.
8. Any other jobs assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
1. Major on Law, intellectual property law preferred
2. Fluency in English (both written and spoken), a good command of Chinese preferred;
3. Ability to work with foreign colleagues.
4. Excellent skills on online/offline information research;
5. Excellent analytical skills;
6. Quick-minded and could adopt to multi-culture working environment.
