GENERAL PURPOSE:

Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to distributors and dealers to understand and use Campbell Scientific products. Evaluate and develop new channels for new industry markets. Provide technical support and training for inquiries from customers. Participate in marketing activities such as conferences, seminars, website updates and exhibitions etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to distributor and dealers to promote the company products and achieve each dealers sales target.
2. Work closely with the distributor and dealers to understand and support the projects and activities that they currently work on, to promote the total effectiveness of the project.
3. Understand the CSI sales policies and implement the project registration policy.
4. Evaluate and develop new channels for new markets.
5. Obtain the sales forecast and budget from the distributor and dealers.
6. Provide an annual sales and marketing expenses budget.
7. Provide monthly sales reports and market research information.
8. Keep updating the markets and product trends, competitor’s strategies, activities and performance. Recommend appropriate action when necessary.
9. Participate in seminars, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
10. Understand the company history and product series, have the ability to recommend CSI products based upon application and quote according to the customer’s inquiry.
11. Provide technical support to the customer’s inquiry through phone calls, website, emails etc.
12. Keep updating the website contents.
13. Provide the product training to the distributor, dealers and the customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor Degree at least.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Environment, Ecology etc industry.
3. Have experiences in channel management is preferred.
4. Good language skills in Chinese and English.
5. Customer focus and service oriented.
6. Good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
7. Strong implementation capability and be able to manage multiple tasks.
8. High level of integrity, organized, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
