职位描述：
General description:
Take lead of project portfolio of NPD/NPI and application support projects for Product ID platform.
Responsibilities
1. Manage ongoing and to-be projects for Product ID platform
2. Take lead of application projects for Product ID platform
3. Advises regarding product selection & applications
4. Fulfills pre-sale support requirements for testing, qualification, certifications or other technical services
5. Leads or supports customer response, problem-solving and corrective actions for product field failures
6. Plans & performs proactive technical work to expand market, customer and product knowledge. Ex- benchmarking
7. Plans & performs strategic or reactive technical product-line extension and maintenance. Ex- fast-track NPD, product redesign or cost reduction
8. Owns product bill-of-materials, specifications and TDS (technical data sheets)
9. Measured on performance of projects & tasks, communication, team collaboration and contribution to shared team objectives

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the field of adhesive, labeling, ink or printing, plastic etc.
2. With strong project management skills in complex situation
3. With strong technical background, problem solving experimental skills and extensive hands-on experience.
4. Able to interact with customers, understands their performance needs and provides value-added technical service.
5. Should be good team player and willing for sharing among cross functional team.
6. Good command of English in both spoken and written English.
7. Be safety oriented
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor degree or Master degree in Chemistry related to polymer, organic chemistry, ink or printing etc.
