Responsibilities:

1. Legal research, studying and analyzing cases;
2. Translating legal documents from English into Chinese, vice versa;
3. Drafting recommendations in fluent English and Chinese;
4. Evidence purchase and legal documents notarization;
5. Documents printing, scanning, faxing and filing;
6. Other jobs assigned by lawyers;
7. And all and every work assigned by the firm.
 

Qualification:

1. LLM degree or above on Intellectual Property Right;
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. Team spirit and service oriented, be able to work with heavy-load under long hours;
4. Be able to work under extra hours.
5. Quick-minded and could adopt to fast working environment with multi-culture;
6. Detail-oriented, patience and creative;
7. National bar examination passed.
