任职要求：

1. 有责任心，爱学生，爱教育；

2. 喜欢创新，敢于挑战；

3. 有在大型培训机构教学经历优先考虑；

4. 具有中级以上职称，曾获 “优秀教师”、“优秀班主任”等荣誉称号者优先；
