职位描述：

Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing the tax reports and other relevant reports as the requirements of tax authority and other government departments.
* Preparing tax declaring, conducting tax report input or review and tax payment.
* Dealing with oversea payments, withholding tax declaring and related matters with foreign currency administration bureau.
* Account reconciliation and confirmation with Group companies and big suppliers.
* To book vouchers for cost and expenses.
* To allocate the cost and expenses to relevant Dept.
* To calculate cost and make accrual of cost.
* Review financial vouchers and supervise payment procedure and turnover confirmation.
* Completing annual industry and commerce certificate examination and the settlement and payment of enterprise income tax.
* Respond to queries from tax authority, support tax audit and other external and internal audits. Keep well relationships with tax officers and appropriate proposal for tax related issues.
* Prepare monthly/yearly reports according to management requirement.
* Other finance issues assigned by CFO/FM.

Required Experience
* Experience working in an agency environment, dealing with accounting close processes, knowledge of financial accounting concepts

* Experience of managing multiple entities desired

* Strong organizational skills, attention to details, quality decision making skills, discretion and strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ideally newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Systems
* Knowledge and experience of Cartesis (SAP) and Oracle a significant advantage
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Intermediate Excel skis (Pivots, Vlookup, etc)
