Position: Intern
Team: Enforcement / Beijing Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Supervisor to do the jobs as assigned;
- Monitoring the internet for IPR infringements;
- Surveying the markets for IPR infringements;
- Liaising with enforcement officials for obtaining relevant evidence or arranging the raids;
- Executing the monthly programs/projects and drafting the reports/emails for clients;
- Translating the documents from English into Chinese and vice visa;
- Internet search or Legal research.

Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Chinese;
- Computer literate, excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- Must be able to work with a team and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Detail orientated, ability to track multiple ongoing matters at once;
- Proactive, professional and fun.
