General Job Description
The ERP Administrator’s role is responsible for managing and resolving all technical issues with NetSuite ERP/CRM system. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining the system and a day-to-day support for the implementation of existing and new applications modules as well as day-to-day end user support and training. He/She is required to work extensively with Accounting, Sales, Service, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and Marketing Departments to evaluate systems needs and plan system upgrades to meet those requirements. Provide monthly and daily reports to departments as needed, both ad-hoc or canned.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily management and support on Netsuite ERP system requirements, by planning, installing, configuring and testing with a variety of different circumstances on PCs, servers, LANs and WANs, and different operating systems;
- Manage and update system specifications by conferring with users and vendors then developing, testing, evaluating and installing system enhancements and new software;
- Prepare users for system use by designing and conducting training programs and reference materials; supports user requests for assistance with system;
- Define system and operational policies and procedures; ensure system security by restricting access, establishing disaster recovery procedures, completing backups and monitoring usage;
- Gather requirements and develop implementation plan for future integrated software which is obtained to meet user or company needs;
- Propose recommendations for the rationalization of NetSuite ERP System or process, and help business departments to achieve best working mode for IQAir China;
- Oversee projects related to all systems including, but not limited to ERP and CRM products;
- Cooperate within Steering Committee to implement ERP/CRM Project for IQAir China.

Qualification for the Job
- Bachelor degree on computer sciences or business administration;
- Experience with project management and scheduling;
- Experience with new ERP project implementation or related project deployment;
- Knowledge of network maintenance, ERP implementation and software testing;
- Knowledge of computer industry systems, products and practices;
- Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of business related information;
- Highly organized, accurate and precise in work functions;
- Good spoken Chinese and English, be presentable;
- Team Player
