职位描述：

- 向COO汇报所有项目管理事务；

- 管理、协调项目管理部工作；

- 监督、指导、激励项目经理；

- 改进完善和管理公司ISO流程及说明书；

- 负责管理项目团队包括采购，工程，现场工作；

- 负责项目从启动至最终验收及项目完成的全过程，包括时间，成本，质量，组织，安全和风险等；

- 负责项目利润；

- 负责应收账款的收回，保证项目的正现金流；

- 支持商务部合同谈判；

- 发展和维护与用户，买方和设计院的关系；

- Report to COO on all project management issues

- Management and coordination PM Department

- Supervise, monitor, coach and motivate project manager

- Improve and manage ISO procedures and documentation

- Responsible for management of project team incl. procurement, engineering, site work

- Responsible for total execution of projects from start to final acceptance and close-out (time, cost,quality, organization, safety and risk etc)

- Responsible for project margin

- Responsible for accounts receivable and maintaining positive project cash flow

- Support Commercial Department negotiate the contract

- Develop and maintain relations with relevant clients, buyers and DI’s

岗位要求

教育背景：大学本科或以上学历

经验： 8-10年以上项目管理和工程经验

技能及知识：

- 有组织、协调、组建部门的能力

- 有鼓励、激发和创建团队精神的能力

- 有较强的工作承受力和与其它部门协调工作的能力

- 负责项目内的联系，组织，时间、成本、质量的控制

- 精通项目管理理论

- 良好的项目风险控制能力

- 良好内外沟通能力

- 良好的人力资源管理能力

- 良好的电脑能力

- 乐于出差

- 英语口语和写作能力

- Bachelor or Master degree

- More than 8-10 years experience in the project management and engineering

- Technical skills & knowledge required：

- Ability to organize, coordinate and structure a department

- Ability to inspire, motivate and create team spirit

- Ability to work well under pressure and work together with other departments

- Responsible for time, cost, quality, organization and communication within a project

- Master of the project management methodology

- Ability to control project risks

- Good communication skills internally and externally

- Good on human resource management skills

- Good manner to handle computer

- Ability to speak and write English

- Willing to travel
