职位描述：
Job duties
1, Be responsible for the communication and coordination with the school and Alphatex’s management, and promptly report the business developments to Alphatex;
2, Be responsible for the development of different clothing series;
3, Be responsible for the purchase of new types of fabrics;
4, Ensure that all fabrics comply with safety and performance requirements;
5, Be responsible for the development of the non-school uniforms projects (office supplies, gifts, etc.) in retail stores;
6, Be responsible for the management of the retail stores in the schools;
7, Be responsible for inventory management and planning;
8, Timely and accurately submit the financial statements reports to Alphatex;
9, Be responsible for the negotiations with suppliers and strive for best supply discounts;
10, Be responsible for the investigation of the possibility of Internet sales, and expand sales channels;
11, Be responsible for the control of sales cost and achieve sales results;
12, Be responsible for the supervision, monitoring, and tracking of the progress of garment production and supply;
13, Be responsible for customer satisfaction and complaints and feedback of related issues.
一、任职要求：
1、具有良好的英语口语及沟通能力，对欧洲同类市场环境较为了解。
2、具有充足的工作时间保证。
3、能够适应长期出差。
4、具有管理职员、商铺以及供应链的能力。
5、具有在阿尔法和零售店之间建立并培养一个小型作业团队的能力。
6、有国外从业经验者或外籍人士优先考虑
 
二、工作职责
1、负责与学校、公司管理层的沟通协调，并及时向公司上报业务进展情况。
2、负责各款服装系列的开发。
3、负责新型面料的采购。
4、负责确保所有的面料符合安全和性能的要求。
5、负责学校零售商店中非校服项目（办公用品、礼品等）的开发。
6、负责学校里零售商店的管理。
7、负责库存的管理和规划。
8、负责将财务报表及时准确地上报至公司。
9、负责与供应商谈判，争取最大的供应折扣。
10、负责考察网络销售的可能性，拓宽销售渠道。
11、负责销售成本的控制及销售业绩的达成。
12、负责服装生产进度及供应的督促、监控、追踪。
13、负责客户满意度及相关问题的投诉及反馈。
