1. 起草并审核与公司业务相关的各类合同，负责合同相关的法律资料收集及政策研究；识别、评估、控制法律及合规风险

1. 起草并审核与公司业务相关的各类合同，负责合同相关的法律资料收集及政策研究；识别、评估、控制法律及合规风险
2. 制定合同模版，负责合同管理、合同谈判、监督合同履行，提供公司内部法律专业咨询，对公司日常事务出具法律意见，规避法律风险
3. 对法律文件翻译整理工作，制定项目法律报告
4.参与公司有重大决议、规章及其它重要法律文件的合法性审查
5.辅助完成领导交代的其它工作
任职要求：
1.法律相关专业背景，具备分析、处理相关法律问题、公司法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力
2.1年以上影视，广告传媒合同管理工作经验优先
3. 英语专业8级，流利的英语沟通能力和书面表达能力
4. 积极、上进、具有较强的人际交往和沟通能力，严谨认真
