Job Summary:

This is a senior software developer position for the streaming product development. Expertise in Rich Internet Application technologies is desirable. The candidate must have a strong aptitude for quickly learning new technologies. You are required to provide high level of technical expertise and direction to the team when necessary. You will participate in all aspects of software development including design, development, unit testing and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Work in a dedicated and agile team for streaming performance measurement and user experience analysis product.

(2) Research and evaluate the new streaming technologies.

(3) Develop components of the product with high quality code.

(4) Participate in design brainstorming sessions, design reviews and bug triage meetings.

(5) Work with Quality Assurance to debug and fix code based on bug reports and triage meetings.

Job Requirements:

(1) 3+ years of software development experience in one or more of the following Rich Internet Application technologies: window media, Silverlight, flash or Apple streaming

(2) Proficient at the streaming protocols such as MMS, RTSP, RTP, RTMP, HLS.

(3) Strong experience with C/C++, COM, ATL/STL,MFC.

(4) Prior experience with Object C and programming skills in XCode is desirable

(5) Familiar with the video and audio codec such as MPEG, H263, H264 is desirable.

(6) A team player with excellent communication skills.

(7) Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.

(8) Ability to adjust and excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
