? As the office manager, you will help the Management team to support the culture, leadership and admin management of the Operations in Shanghai.

? Proactively work with IT/Facility/Security to maintain a safe and pleasant office environment conducive to effective business operations (Plants, Security, IT supplier follow up and supplies)

? Manage and negotiation including regular PO and holiday gift packs for all employees.
为所有员工定期采购,包括节日礼品包
? Play an important role in company important events, like yearly outing, annual party and Lunch/dinner teams, in charge of all detailed logistics arrangement to ensure every success
在公司重要的活动中发挥重要的作用,如每年的郊游,年度宴会和午餐/晚餐团队,负责所有的详细的物流安排,确保顺利
? Be Responsible for making company's admin policies, and supervising the carry- out of the policies.

? Arrange travel support for the Operation team and visitors and centrally manage air ticket, hotel and car booking ;

? As the EA, you will provide secretarial support to Operations Leadership Team in Shanghai requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people.

? Manage their appointments if necessary and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time.
