1.在线解答泰国客户公司对于IT产品的相关问题
2.为客户提供初步的故障判断和技术咨询
3.对用户反馈的技术和服务问题进行统计和分析，协助公司完善产品

任职资格：
1. 泰语口语流利，能无障碍的与泰国客户沟通，有相关地区和国家留学经验者优先考虑
2. 熟悉电脑的日常软件的应用和相关的硬件知识
（1）熟悉Windows操作系统
（2）熟悉Office软件
3. 具备良好客户服务意识；待人诚恳，善于沟通和团体合作

Job description:
1 online solutions to the Thailand client company for IT product related issues
2 to provide customers with the initial failure to judge and technical advice
3 Statistics and Analysis on the technical and service issues of user feedback to help the company to improve its products.
Post qualification:
1 fluent in Thai language, can barrier free communication with customers in Thailand, relevant countries and regions overseas experience is preferred.
2 familiar with the application of computer software and related hardware knowledge
(1) familiar with Windows operating system
(2) familiar with Office software
