EWT is a global designer and manufacturer of direct drive wind turbines, active in Europe, North America and Asia. EWT was established in 2004 and is based in the Netherlands. Our company offers a broad product portfolio of onshore direct drive wind turbines.

For our location in China, due to many new suppliers, we are expanding our QC team, so we are currently looking for a Senior Quality Control Engineer:
Main Responsibilities:
Organize and execute inspections at suppliers
Witness and perform final acceptance at suppliers
Pre-audit potential suppliers
Define corrective actions and manage non conformities
Ensure proactive communication and reporting with HQ
Working with supplier, third parties in troubleshooting problems and product deficiencies
Identifying improvement areas at suppliers
Develop action plans, in line with given targets, for suppliers and quality control
Requirements for the job:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical or related discipline
Proven QA and QC experience
Well aware of QM system ISO9001 and QM tools
Minimum of 5 years of work experience
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Travel (approx. 60%)
Well aware to read and interpret documents such as drawings, specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
Good reporting skills
Analytical, accurate, good presentation and training skills
Hands on mentality and able to work under stress
