1、协助销售部经理和销售人员输入、维护、汇总销售数据;
2、进行成本核算,提供商务报表及部门销售业绩的统计、查询、管理;
3、依据统计整理的数据资料,向主管提交参考建议与方案,用于改善经营活动;
4、整理公司订单,合同的执行并归档管理;
5、协助公司做好售后服务工作;
6、内部收支、往来账核对等账目处理;
7、接待来访客户及综合协调日常行政事务。
职位要求:
1、语言表达能力强,清晰流利,较好的英语能力
2、较强地客户服务意识,思维反应敏捷,工作态度端正
3、懂得基本的财务知识
4、具有良好的团队意识,对工作认真负责,踏实、恳干
5、二年以上相关工作经验

2, cost accounting, statistical reports and business sector sales, query and management;
3, according to statistical data compiled information, refer to the proposal submitted to the competent and programs for improving the business activities;
4, finishing firm orders, execution of the contract and archive management;
5, assist companies to do service work;
6, the internal balance of payments, current account and other accounts reconciliation process;
7, hosting visiting customers and overall coordination routine administrative matters.
Job Requirements:
1, language ability, clear fluent, good English skills
2, a strong sense of service to the customer, thinking responsive, working attitude
3, understand basic financial knowledge
4, has a good sense of team, serious and responsible work, practical, Ken dry
5, more than two years of relevant work experience
