职位描述：
工作职责：

1. 接听客服电话，接受客户订单及确认客户端
2. 客户订单内部流转及工作单号编制。
3. 对客户订单信息及退货的配送情况跟踪，与相关运作部门协调货物装运情况
4. 负责配送环节中异常情况的处理工作
5. 负责客户的投诉接收、查询处理、反馈
6. 配合财务完成相关时间段的运费预算和每月的运费结算工作
7. 负责按时统计各类相关物流管理报表
8. 负责数据输入整理及档案归档
9. 了解客户的需求和相关规定，完善终端客户档案，保持与客户的良好沟通


任职资格：

1. 大专及以上教育背景，物流管理及相关工作经验优先
2. 电脑操作熟练，精通办公软件，特别是Excel报表
3. 工作认真、细致，有强烈的责任心； 思路清晰，反应灵敏，数据处理能力强；具备良好的沟通能力，分析能力和解决问题能力；具有良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神 举报 分享
