职位描述：
General Summary
The Sr. Marketing Analyst will report to Marketing Manager or Business Development Director to facilitate strategic planning and perform marketing research and analytical job on both marketing and internal business at regional level. This position will have to be based in Shanghai.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
-Profoundly support with business development and strategic planning
-Develop business case for market and product development
-Perform acumen vertical market analysis for the region including but not limited to market landscape, segmentation, size, dynamics, trends and competitive benchmark
-Conduct market research and data analysis in supporting decision-making of key business initiatives
-Monitor industry trend, variables to address and align success factors
-Identify and activate new growth opportunities across the region. Identify gaps in market place penetration and develop strategies to address the gaps
-Manage market/competitive intelligence data and lead market database creation/maintenance such as project/bidding tracking record
-Collect market price information for pricing analysis
-Establish/maintain good relationships with relevant research, consultancy partners and internal departments
-Perform other related jobs include but not limited to:
-Customer record maintenance
-Job reference update
-Survey conduction and questionnaire preparation
-Project information and market trend reports


Job Specifications
-BS Degree in Marketing, BA, Economics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA is an advantage
-Solid knowledge of marketing research methodology
-Basic knowledge of industrial B-2-B business operation
-Basic knowledge/experience in valve industry is an advantage
-At least 3 years working experience at equivalent position
-Demonstrated experience in market research, analysis, and strategic planning
-Product/industry marketing analysis and strategic planning experience required
-Consultancy/research experience is preferred
-Strong data processing skill (Excel) and presentation skill (PowerPoint)
