职位描述
The role:
The Relocation Account Manager is responsible for managing the entire relocation process for international assignees of the Company's clients allocated to her/his care. This includes administering customized relocation programs and destination services, acting as a single point of contact for relocation activities, providing counseling and support to assignees and HR departments, coordinating the Company's products and services according to prescribed channels and standards, and time and expense management. Also provide support to the Company's relocation team and other internal staff members as required.
Our requirements:
? A real "people" person (essential)
? Tertiary education
? Strong communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills
? Sound written communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, recommendations and correspondence
? Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (work on large number of tasks concurrently)
? Sensitive (highly empathetic to the needs/emotions of incoming expatriates
? A proactive disposition
? Well developed customer service skills
? Undertakes complex problem solving and provides corrective action to clients
? In-depth knowledge of Beijing and expat life preferred
? Hard worker (flexible enough to do what needs to be done)
? Language competencies: Fluent English conversational, writing and reading
? Good Team Spirit (works well in a team environment)
? Good at Microsoft office software (e.g.: word, excel, outlook, etc)
? Previous work experience in relocation or customer service preferred
? Previous managerial experience is desirable
