职位描述：
Purpose of the Job

Develop, implement and promote a Safety / OH&S Management System including health, safety and injury policies, procedures, work standards practices to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.

Contribute to the Industrial Strategies.




Key Accountabilities

1. Conduct all duties in compliance with the applicable Agrana policies (Code of Conduct, WH&S, Procurement, HR, etc.)

2. Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety Responsibilities Procedure (AF-WHS-PRO 0001)

3. Ensure the company’s safety management system is adhered to by all staff and subcontractors.

4. Provide internal support and guidance to current internal staff members regarding Workplace Health & safety

5. Active Team work with colleagues of Operations and non Operations department

6. Contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of safety training programs, inductions, workshops and other presentations

7. Conduct audits and inspections and analyse findings of these audits and inspections for systems improvement monthly and providing management with detailed reports.

8. Conduct all Workplace Health & Safety documentation

9. Actively manage any injured team members back into the workplace in the shortest amount of time possible.

10. Performing risk assessments

11. Managing compliance within all State legislation, whilst ensuring the business effectively implements the Safety Management System

Additional tasks as required by the company

 

任职要求：

1、职业健康与安全等相关专业毕业

2、本科（含）以上学历

3、五年以上相关行业经验,有安全管理系统经验、工伤管理经验、审计经验

4、良好的英语听说读写能力，CET 4级以上

5、良好的领导能力，团队合作解决问题能力。
