职位描述
岗位描述：
1.对工程部经理负责，管理项目所辖强电系统设备；
2.负责完成所管系统设备设施的日常操作、管理、维修及养护工作；
3.负责编制所管系统的操作、保养、检修计划和技术操作及检查标准，组织实施并监督执行；
4.负责制定、修订所管设备设施的运行规范和安全操作规程、维护保养制度，并对其执行情况进行监督、检查、评定；
5.负责按所管设备的实际技术状况制定大中小修计划，确定维修方案，并监督、指导维修计划的实施过程和验收工作；
6.负责做好本系统的成本控制工作；
7.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、28岁以上，具有高压运行上岗证、电工操作证；
2、熟悉强电管理工作流程；掌握物业强电电相关技术；熟练使用办公软件及工程制图软件；
3、责任心强，爱岗敬业，忠于职守；
4、有2-3年大型商业中心或者物业公司强电主管岗位工作经验。
