Job Requisition- Temp help customer service
Job Description:
-To manage and ensure all processes meet SOP standard and requirement. Checking OCR list, Follow Finance revenue policy , Business process and order input system
-To check business contract terms and conditions,(ship requirement ,payment term, Guarantee of Quality, Penalty, documents requirement
-To issue proforma invoice and confirm payment
-Prepare and provide shipping documents to Service Department and inform sales and distributor for instrument Installation
Required Skills:
Essential - Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
Desirable – ERP experience. Knowledge of Baan is highly advantageous
Other Required:
Guarantee 3-4 working days every week.
