职位描述：
一、工作职责Responsibilities:：
1. This position is responsible for the reception of visitors接待来访客人
2. Answer and transfer company telephone接听、转接公司电话；
3.Book air ticket and check the accounts monthly订机票并和供应商每月核对账目，；
4. Courier supplier management管理快递供应商
5. Office supplies purchasing and management办公用品的采购和管理；
6. Arrange the use of vehicles安排公司车辆的使用；
7. Other tasks assigned by management.其他中心主管交办的任务；

二、任职要求Requirements：
1. Good command of spoken and written English良好的英语读写能力
2.College diploma or above 大专及以上学历
3. Use office software 可以使用办公软件
4. High awareness of responsibility拥有高度责任感
5. Good communication skills and ability for solving problems 良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题和矛盾冲突的能力
6. Pleasant and outgoing personality 开朗外向 形象气质佳
