Support Sales Person to achieve business target in China with professional knowledge of products through understanding of customer applications.
熟练掌握产品知识,了解客户对产品使用情况,支持销售同事达成全国销售目标
Responsible for handling technical enquiries and complaint from customer side. Give wet lab support on site, in case of need. Enhance continual relationship with customer and build customer loyalty by providing APPLICATION support
处理客户各种售前、售后技术咨询及投诉,必要时在客户处提供现场实验支持以解决问题。通过提供专业应用支持加强与客户的 稳定持续关系,提高客户忠诚度
Support sales person, or initiate by self, to give speech on seminar, round-table, exhibition or conduct such activities, conference, etc
支持销售同事,或主动,组织讲座、技术交流会、展会等,并在相关活动上做技术介绍
Plan and implement marketing activity (both online and offline) proactively, or according to request of sales.
主动、或应销售要求做线上及线下市场活动计划并执行
Prepare technical & marketing related material
准备技术或市场推广相关材料及文件
Market intelligence collection, sort and analysis
市场情况的搜集、整理及分析
Cooperate with colleagues at headquarter to develop business by seeking, identifying and following up potential opportunity of licence-in and Merge & Acquisition
与总部同事合作开拓业务,寻找、鉴别、并跟进潜在的许可生产或并购机会
Provide training to both of internal & external people
对内部及外部人员进行培训
岗位技能要求
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences or related background.
生命科学或相关专业硕士或以上学历
At least 2 years sales experience in IVD or Pharmaceutical industries
至少三年体外诊断或制药行业实验室经验
Solid understanding about Antibody and ImmunoAssay is essential
熟知抗体及免疫检测技术
IVD R&D lab work experience will be a plus
有体外诊断试剂研发相关经历者优先
Business development experience will be a plus
有业务拓展经历者优先
Passion and self motivated, energetic, creative, results oriented, and be able to work under pressure and independently.
热情向上,积极进取,结果导向,不拘一格,可以在压力下独立工作
Team work spirit & good communication skill.
有团队协作精神,良好的沟通技巧
Strong will and ability to learn continuously.
