Responsibility:
The Operation Director is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, planning and execution of the manufacturing operations. The position effectively and efficiently manages the development and direction of the operational team, drives productivity, quality and the growth of revenue while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations. .
Management
Manage and improve operation of the company to meet the demand of market
Coordinate the actions according to the demand
Determine staffing requirements.
Coordinate other departments with the production (pricing, marketing, sales, and/or distribution of products)
Review and provide KBIs on a quarterly basis.
Manage and improve all aspects of Production Planning and Control (PPC), Product Configuration Management (PCM), Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering and Production.
Improvement
Ensures efficiency improvement and targets.
Ensures quality targets
Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality, on-time-delivery and responsiveness.
Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvements
Others
Elaborate and manage budget for each operation section
Manage and review KPI’s with sections
WIP management
EHS/5S management
Experience:
? Strong Engineering Background
? A least 8~10 years’ experience in senior management in a Mechanic manufacturing and operations.
? Successful achievements in lean manufacturing implementation
? Extended knowledge of laws, regulations and cultures is a strong asset.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
